Wanna Play? - Collab MLP Art

Flitterfeather had spent the day at her special place as she usually did, under the apple tree by the swingset. The little filly's violet eyes sparkled gently as she watched the beautiful sunset, sad to know once the sun was gone she must return home. She wasn't allowed to play at night like other fillies and colts, though she enjoyed the stars from her window each night.

It had been another lonely day. Though she tried to play with the other fillies, she never felt like they really wanted her around. They were...strange to her.

As Princess Celestia's sun began to slip over the hills, Flitterfeather got to her hooves and was about to go home. But just then, she happened to see a green colt wandering past, slipping silently through the trees with a mostly blank expression.

Flitterfeather's little wings fluttered up with excitement. A colt all by himself! Without another colts or fillies around! Maybe he didn't have any very special friend at all yet! She looked at the setting sun. Well, it wasn't time to go home quite yet. Gathering her skinny little legs under her, she leapt to him with an anxious smile.

"Hey there! Wanna play?"

This is *Draco-McWherter's and my first collab art together! We've been wanting to upload one for so long and here it is! Even if you aren't a MLP fan, I hope you can look past your feelings about the show or it's fan-base and still enjoy this peace cause we put a lot of work and love into it.

Draco and I met as adults, but we've often wondered what it would have been like if we had met as children? This is especially an interesting scenario since neither of us really had friends back then. Also, Draco was overtly shy and I was extremely friendly, yet pretty socially awkward (like a Pinkiepie that everyone shied away from, lol).

However, our prediction is that we would have ended up friends just the same, back then just as now
